So I fall off the face of the earth...
So I was roaming around on live journals (I actually check it fairly often to see what is happening in your lives) and realized that I am the worst journal poster ever. The last time I posted I was just starting my first week in an urban school and had just made my first friends here. A lot has changed. Of the four friends who started out so optimistically here there are only two left and I am one of them. As I gear up for another school year I have been reflecting on the last year and here are some of the highlights.
I have fallen in love (his name is James and we have been dating since October), I have applied for grad school (The University of Maryland Fall of 2010), I have survived a year in an urban school (and am going back for more starting next week), I have developed a relationship with my sister that is adult (can you believe she is starting Law School in a few weeks), and I have learned that true friendship is not broken by distance...
The list goes on but it has been a good and challenging year. It is amazing how god changes your life.
I know that I have not always been around for most of you and that by now many of us have moved on, but you are all in my thoughts and prayers everyday.
