Oh yeah that's good
I'm still in my pajamas, lying on the couch watching a Roseanne marathon. It's okay, because my new DVR is recording As the World Turns for me, so I can watch it later, if I dont' get caught up in all the episodes of Degrassi, original Star Trek, and the Twilight Zone I have saved up. I would go out and get junk food to accompany my television set, but then I'd have to put pants on.
This is so glorious.
I haven't spent a day doing absolutely nothing in a long time. Usually, if I was in my pajamas after noon, I'd feel guilty and be making mental plans to take a shower and go out and do something worthwhile. Later today I might roll off the sofa and into my car to run an errand or two, but I don't care when. It might be after dark. It might be never. Who knows. Who cares.
I wonder if there are any episodes of Forensic Files on this afternoon, or shows about obviously genuine UFO sightings.
Components of my wonderful day: Big sofa, cable TV, pajams, a blanket, a shiatzu massage chair pad under my butt, an Indy crossword puzzle I haven't done... and my landlord outside mowing my lawn.
