This time, brownies. Delicious brownies.
Yes, my friends, these brownies are spiked. The recipe is called Bourbon Brownies.
It starts off normally enough. Take one box of brownie mix. Add eggs and oil. Beat, pour into pan and bake. When the brownies come out of the oven, poke holes in them and sprinkle about 6 tbsp. of bourbon over them. Let cool completely.
Mix powdered sugar and rum together until sugar is dissolved. Pour over cooled brownies.
Melt chocolate chips, butter, and a splash of Frangelico (hazelnut liqueur) in a saucepan. When chocolate is completely melted, remove from heat and drizzle on brownies. Place in the refrigerator to set. Cut and serve.
They're decadent and delicious!
