[Why? Why is everyone leaving? Ciel, Sebastian, Miyo, Hakkai, Bowser... Why must she always be left behind? Isn't she good enough? Isn't she cute enough? Strong enough? What is she lacking that results in everybody leaving her side? There must be a reason, there has to, mere coincidence and providence can't be this cruel, leaving her all alone like ( Read more... )

It almost would seem as if they had left because of her, but that's a stupid idea that she shouldn't entertain.]

It's better if people are sent home after all. Specially for them.

[There are many reasons why someone would grow up with weapons, not all of them match what she wanted to know.]

I apologize, I meant to ask how much experience you have at working with weapons, repairing them or making them. I would like my swords to receive a check up to make sure they are in best condition.

[She takes good care of them but a check up by a professional -or whatever Sokka should be considered- never hurts.]

Oh. Right, that kind of experience. Well I do work at the smithy here, so I do that kind of thing all the time.

[Most of his experience is in Luceti, but he started learning the trade during his travels.]

In that case, would it be possible to make an appointment for you to give my swords a check up? I would also see what you have in store regarding swords, I've heard that things from our worlds tend to appear at the shops from time to time, right?

[Doubtful but who knows, maybe she can find one of her father's swords or simply swords that she likes more. The ones she has are mostly ones she quickly picked up months ago during one of her furtive escapades around the village, a very just in case measure.]

Thank you, I hope I'll find someone. Or I'll have to think of some other way to make the mansion less lonely, but I'm sure I'll manage something.
