[If asked, Lizzie would admit that Luceti isn't a terrible place to be in. Sure it has its downsides but overall it's not that bad. Then again she's seriously biased since Ciel has been there ever since she arrived and now even Sebastian is with them, something which she's sure must have cheered up her fiancé. As such, in light of the recent events ( Read more... )

[Lilly herself is just heading into the clothing store, hoping to find some suitable outfits to add to her growing wardrobe. Sadly everything she picked out last time she was here sort of... vanished.]

[It's a good thing that the clothing store has lots of clothes then. Lizzie will be there, going from one corner to another and grabbing everything that calls her attention.]

Ah, this one is so elegant! Look, Ciel!

[And he's just here. Stonefacing through this. He nods at her. Better to agree. For now]

[Oh that catches Lilly's attention. A glance at Elizabeth reminds her a bit of her younger self. Not so much the gloomy boy, but Lilly hasn't really noticed her.]

Oh, that is nice.

[Lizzie hears that and smiles at Lilly.]

It is, isn't it? I'm sure he will look really elegant and cute wearing this!

I have no desire to look cute, Elizabeth.

[seriously ugh what the hell]

[A pause as she looks to Elizabeth, to Ciel, then to the clothing.]

Oh, are you shopping for your... little brother?

[You're already cute by default, Ciel, she only works to make it more noticeable.]

But you will also look elegant, Ciel! It's not that bad, why don't you try it on?

[She blinks at Lilly and giggles.]

Ah, no, Ciel is my fiancé!

[She would be mortified if she had a little brother like Ciel who didn't smile and such. Come on, even Edward can smile! Not often because he's like mom, but he smiles anyway when he's with her.]

[Brother. What the hell they don't even look that much alike. He just nods here, touching his eyepatch lightly in spite of himself. Ugh]

Oh! [Well, Lilly is hardly unfamiliar to arranged marriages like this. Although usually they don't associate this freely until, well, they're actually married. Different worlds, different customs.]

Of course. You two look adorable together. [Even with the eyepatch, frown, and sickly look to the boy.]

[Lizzie just blushes and giggles.]

Aaw, thank you, Miss! Though it feels a bit embarrassing.

[More giggles.]

Ah, my name's Elizabeth Middleford, it's a pleasure to meet you, Miss.

[Curtsy.]

And I am Ciel Phantomhive. [He nods here, not bows but just... ignoring that adorable charge. If only he could just rot away...] A pleasure to meet you.

[Technically it's Lady, not Miss. Oh well, you get points for being polite (and not knowing any better.]

I'm Lilly Pendragon, but just Lilly is fine. [Like that even need to be clarified here. But leaving off 'daughter of President Gustav of the Tinto Republic' just leaves empty space there at the end.]

When will you two be wed? [They seem a bit young for it, but if they're already associating like this, it can't be far off, right?]

Eh?! When?!

[That's such a forward question! Actually she has never really wondered about the when, she wants to always be with Ciel so for her there's no really such a feeling of rush or impatience. She's happy with what she has, problem is that Ciel isn't so she focuses on that.]

W-Well, probably when we're the appropriate age and back home. I mean, not even my parents are here! It's too soon to think about that, isn't it?

Far too soon. [Ignore that they're living together. He coughs, and clarifies where Lizzie has failed to] Circumstances have merely changed in this village to force us into more regular interaction. Were this still London, this would not be the case.

[Oh. Well that makes more sense. They are too young.]

Right, right. Yes, way too soon. But with you two getting to know each other so well, I'm sure you must be looking forward to when you're old enough, right?
