PANIC!!!! My plane to France leaves a week from yesterday. I have barely started shopping, I have to get a checkup, my visa won't be ready til the 6th, I have to do something about my prescription which expires in March, I have to add Mom to my account so she can get me money in an emergency, UH wants yet another form, my car needs inspecting, my eyebrows need waxing, my room needs cleaning, and the lovely office people won't send me my fucking plane tickets until they get their precious money! And on top of all this, my head is still all stuffy and there is a nasty film of something on my tongue that won't go away. If they had just not lost my letter of reference when I sent it the first time, I would be sitting on my packed suitcase with tickets in hand, just waiting for the departure day to come. Instead I am running around like a chicken with its head cut off, trying desperately to get everything done and being terribly afraid there's something I've forgotten. It SUCKS!
