one romance is over
Well, it's official -- Kevin & I are no longer dating. Our 14-year relationship has been tapering off, but the actual end took me by surprise. He found someone he wants to date exclusively, so our romantic & sexual relationship is over. We remain friendly, but my guess is that we won't be in contact much -- once I retrieve the rest of my things from his house!
On the up side, that means I am totally free to seek a relationship with a woman. Finding someone local I could date/hang out with/make out with sounds really good. Given that I am not making commitments in other areas of my life right now, I'm not looking for commitment there either. Just some casual friendly relationship ... I'm going to ask all my friends to keep their eyes open for possibilities!
