(no subject)
Yea this whole phenomenon of stealing bands shit is soo retarded. Houston Calls got thier van and trailer stolen only to find it later minus all the stuff in it (equipment, merch, etc.). It sucks that bad things like this happen to amazing people. I hope the people who did that get whats coming to them.
I read this in Jarrett's journal and I thought it was cute so I'm posting it here:
I wanted to just snap but when I was on the phone with the detective I heard clapping in the airport and I was baffled. Had no idea what was going on. I then saw guys and gals from the military walking down the hall who had just gotten back from overseas. I started clapping with everyone and was really able to put what had happened to us in perspective. Sure this situation was horrible today but we have a great label and great friends and family behind us and we will be back on our feet in no time. These people were probobly overseas and saw things I will never see in my life. I realized that everything we lost today no matter how much money it all costs...its all replaceable. We're lucky no one was hurt and we can all move on. Had this been a year ago with out the label..Our band would of been done. Thank you all for your kind emails, ims and phone calls. The words from all of you are what makes this situation stomachable. Goodnight.
Moving on.... I have two finals tomorrow and one final paper to turn in then I' done. I cannot be happier.
