this weekend i have bought too much bullshit, watched too much tv, read nothing, paid to see failure to launch, and enjoyed it.
one of the things i bought that was not bullshit was the sufjan stevens album, illinios. i've been meaning to buy that pretty much since i saw paste magazine's top 50 [maybe it was 100. i don't know.] albums of 2005.
that was number one.
i find paste to be pretty trustworthy on matters of that sort.
i have read nothing because i've found that i get about half way [maybe less] through a book and stop.
i just get sick of it.
short attention span much?
errrgh.
it's spring.
i'm going to buy a lot of skirts.
because they're better than shorts.
alton brown knows EVERYTHING.
everything.
maybe he's god.
and the devil.
because he knows everything.

"stay away from the land of pretention."
that's the most genius thing i've ever heard.
