so yea yesterday @ work mind you Laurie sends me an e-mail SPAZZING about some promo pics and Hils FASTFORWARD! Little did I know that when I opened said pics I'd be mentally gone for the rest of the day. I could have taken a PTO day, seriously no.work.done. I could not concentrate for the life of me afterwards...and that stupid grin that I get when I know something really good is about to happen took charge of my face and never left it the rest of the day/night. :D <---------yea. If you missed it here's a recap:

a jealous, angsty, broody Lucas is going to kill me! I can't wait to die a happy death :D
It seems to me my wish is coming true. Or at least one of them is. A season one throwback season with LP is what I've longed for, well since S1. From what I've read angst and brood is the key ingredient here between them this season. And this is all really a great throwback to S1 for them. I don't think it's coincidence that in the FASTFORWARD they were paralleling 1.02 with 5.02 etc. I think the writers have taken all the great things these two people as actors are great at and splashed their scenes with it. And really to me it's like the characters have come full circle except that now they have all this HISTORY between them and it's raw and at the surface and they are creating new HISTORY and it'll add more to this angst. And me....I say, give me ANGST! This is really I think turning out a great season thus far for LP! :) I'm not gonna say it's "Per..f..." cause then I'll jinx it. :P

oh dear lord...tow truck scene. That's how they chose to start this clip with THAT scene of all scenes. Not a coincidence I suspect. "First of all you don't know me, and second of all....you don't know me" *dies* And really he did...know her they were the same. :)
Hil talks about how Peyton in her years away from TH has created this "shell, a robotic nature, she's going through the motions you know" which in one of the sides where Lucas goes and visits Peyton at her job you can pick up on. I remember reading that side months ago and having a discussion with Laurie about it and we used "going through the motions" as well. It's a sad thing for Peyton, since we know her and we know how much she LOVES her ART and her MUSIC. Being an artist can be hard, that I know for sure. It can be so tempting to give up and become...idk a teacher. Which is fine profession if it's what you desire, but when it's not then I think ppl can really die inside and live their lives just..."going through the motions". Greg Prange talks about Peyton's character "floundering a little more" which IA with him that's what you do when you're 22 years old. But I liked the way he chose to word it "floundering a little more" which is such an insightful thing to say. Since "fish out of water" is what comes to my mind when he used that term. And it's exactly what artist for the most part feel like. I have yet to meet a creative that does not feel this at some point in their lives if not almost all the time. And really that feeling comes hand in hand to our chosen artistic medium, it inevitably is what feeds our creativity. Having said that, it does not surprise me Peyton, as well as Lucas will be struggeling creatively. ;)

I was being such a good girl last year. I was completely sane and in control of this show. I wasn't even spoiled, even if I had the urge I could still maintain the urge. EVEN through the Jasper scene last season, and the buried alive, and the mac and cheese I stood my ground, I was STRONG...... But then this happened......
He freaking went and got her a Brainy Smurf, talking about she's better than Smurfette because she has the looks AND the brain..and then the leaning began. I mean SERIOUS LEANING like the almost toppel over kind.
And if that wasn't bad enough.... EYESEX!!! OH the EYESEX! Enough EYESEX to get me to blush. WOAH! :D
I think I was screaming by this point *look*
and if that's not enough to make a person go insane last night she had to go do this:
and he had to make that face, like he was regaining composure and he didn't even look at her. EEK! AHHHHHHHHH!!!!! He's INTO HER BIG TIME! :D
and then...the final blow....
