(no subject)
I feel like life is going at a million miles a minute with no way to stop and then I'm finding I don't want it to stop.
March brought about our anniversary and I wouldn't be more happy. It was a long road and the year was up and down but in the end, I'm completely in love with him and never ever second guess that choice.
We had a good year this year and hopefully we can use that this next year to go further.
And then there is June 1st, 2007. The day that Hannah Jasmine Cheechoo finally arrived in the world. And god, she's beautiful, I don't even have the words for it. Jas came through it great as did Hannah. Thank you everyone for your good wishes and thoughts. It means a lot to us all. We're staying in Sudbury for a little while longer but she's perfect. The doctors have said she's a happy healthy little girl. The trip home will be something but I wouldn't have it any other way.
Jas has been doing pretty well with all of this. She carried the baby for us and will always have a part in her life if she wants it but she also knows that she's Hannah's cousin, she's mine and Scott's daughter and so far this is working out for all of us. Plus Smitty and Christian are sharing the aparment with us, hogging the spare bedroom *laughs* but it's great. Scott family came in to visit as well and my parents are probably going to wait until we're settled in California so they can spend longer.
I can't tell what's up or down but I hear that's normal.
And.... Jimmy buddy, forgive me for letting your birthday slip away. I hate to say it but a girl got between us *grin* I hope you had a very happy birthday and I can't wait to see you.
