I need a lightweight, transparent, inflexible surface and a way to apply a translucent, iridescent sheen to both sides of it. I need masking tape. I need a thin, quick-drying adhesive. I need a solid yet malleable substance and a means of slicing it into even cross-sections. In the more extensive version of this project I'll need software that will allow me to take three-dimensional measurements of an object and then somehow translate those measurements proportionately into two dimensions. At that point I'll need a very precise jigsaw, and a way to inject molten plastic.
