the first years have arrived......
Student staff training is over and the first years moved in today! I can't really get over my excitement. I love my staff and my room and my window and generally having my own space. Pretty freaking exciting.
The center, as I like to call it, is pretty crazy. The marketplace dining style will take some getting used to and I'm not particularly looking forward to the chaos that will ensue when everyone is here. I say everyone, but that everyone does not include some individuals who I will sincerely miss- s.mirk, emma!
It's been 3+ months since I last updated.
My summer was sub-par at some times but overall a positive experience. Relatively angst free, and I got an amazine tan line.
