I went to this church today, only because my mom is in the choir and it was the nice thing to do to go see her. It was one of those singing churches where they're "laid back". It bugged me. I didn't learn any morals or anything - it was just Jesus-love preached for an hour. At Catholic church they were assholes and they laid into you with the scripture and all about heaven and hell and sinning and all that jazz - but there were underlying meanings to the teachings, like all other religious teaching. It might have just been today because it's Easter and it's all about Jesus and whatnot, but man, they really said nothing. It was just a lot of singing and music being played after some verses of random books were preached out loud.
Hell, didn't they even think that maybe his body was just STOLEN? Maybe for necromancy? Or maybe there was a plot to steal the body of Jesus so it LOOKED like he had risen. Blind faith amuses me.
