OOOOPS
So today at dinner i went to the fridge to pour myself a delicous frosty cold glass of milk, and here is the conversation that follows:
Dad: I wouldn't drink the milk if i were you
Me: Why? is it old?
Dad: Yeah it expired on the 20th
Me: Well it's not after the 20th yet
Dad: Yes it is
Me: NO, no no i cant be
Dad: why?
Me: because the 21st is your birthday!
(I run to the calander)
Me: Oh shiiiiiiiiit (mentally of course)
So yeah i forgot my dad's brithday, which also happens to fall on my parents anniversary. Whooops...
So then David comes over and i tell my Dad im going out for ice cream, and run to walmart and buy craft supplies and then back to davids to make a heart shaped tennis raquet out of tons and tons of pipe cleaners and a wooden dowl and a big poster card with huge 3D letters. haha then i brought it home and we gave it to him and then david left and my dad started crying and said i was the best daughter ever, even though i forgot his birthday....
i guess some people are easy to please.
I'm just so glad ive got the coolest guy in the entire world, because you've got to be incredibly patient to drive all over town for craft stuff and then devote like an hour and a half to sawing dowels and tangeling pipe cleaners... what a guy. :)
