So I get up at 3 AM, jump in the shower, get ready, have some coffee, and have Grandma drive me to Starbucks for my first day. We wait for the supervisor to arrive, she lets us in, then, after being kind of puzzled, informs me that I wasn't supposed to be in until 4 in the afternoon. Well, Starbucks still hasn't called, so I went in today to bug them about it but the manager lady wasn't there. I put in my resume at Hodel's, Milt's Coffee Shop, and The Knotty Pine Cafe'. I was very proud of myself last night. I finished up that essay that I posted earlier--I think last week--in MLA format, and sent it in, along with a bunch of online quizzes that I was supposed to do for class. My rat is so weird. As I sit here watching her, she takes her paw in her mouth, and crawls up to the top of her cage three-footed, only to realize that she has nothing in her mouth but her hand. Random fact: My aunt calls me Peaches because when I was a baby, I was born with red hair, and it all fell out. For a while I was seemingly hairless, and then one day my cousin and I decided to have a food fight. While in our bath, my aunt noticed the little tuft of blond hair on my head and observed that it looked like peach fuzz.
