Lord, I'm trying

We just started into the big class for Anatomy. Our oral report is due Wednesday, and Thursday is the last day of that class. Yeah. It's that quick. I don't know. I feel like everybody takes me the wrong way in that big class. Everyone expects everyone else to be malicious and mean. Well, I'm sorry to disappoint. If I'm snapping, it's in frustration with myself. It sounded like I bit my neighbor's head off today when I was only frustrated that I didn't have the book we needed (though we weren't forewarned that we'd need it). *sigh* No matter what you do, someone always thinks you're out to get them. I apologized profusely, but didn't feel it sufficed. I never hurt someone on purpose. Seriously. I would never hurt you on purpose *cries*. I'm here to heal, people. That's the whole purpose of my new profession. And I don't understand the people in my class that intend to be healers and therapists...that just turn around and insult you, make you feel like shit.

No, Thank you. I'll see a therapist who would never hurt anyone for any reason if they can help it.

Hopefully, my clients will yearn for the same.

Talked to Mom for an hour and a half yesterday...I have a new cousin! Second cousin actually. Kellie had found out she was pregnant while I was there in Jersey, and the baby boy was born yesterday, on my parents' 20th anneversary, Connor Liskowitz (I don't know his middle name). I think my mom said he was born 9 lbs. 5 oz. big baby. He'll be a strong boy.

I'm going to the Kern County Fair that opens today at three. It should be nice, and I'll treat myself to a fried Twinkie. That'll be tasty.

Still planning on moving to NOLA in May of next year (after I get my certification and have a chance to gather my belongings and tie up loose ends here).

Otherwise, injection #7 is in two days, so keep your fingers crossed that I continue to improve!

Love lots,
Megan
