[The PCD is positioned on a flat boulder, recording what looks to be a blank stone wall covered in ivy. After a few seconds, Kurapica moves into the frame from the PCD's position, and he sits down on a bit of rubble forming a slope against the wall. He's thought over this first (intentional) broadcast many times over, and he's finally decided on what information to reveal to the network. Some things, like his name and his friendship with Killua, the network is going to come to know eventually.]
I imagine most of you have seen me already from the video of my arrival. I'm Kurapica. Now that I've started to understand my situation, I thought to introduce myself properly. [His voice sounds level and clear, and his expression is neutral if not serious.] I arrived here from the same world as Killua, so we do know each other as friends, yes.
Since I'm still settling in, I'm hoping to acquire information about Adstringendum if I can. I'm afraid I don't have much to offer in return, but I'd appreciate any questions you could answer.

[ooc: For the past several days, Kurapica has been camping in a couple of different areas of the City, mostly closer to the Wastelands, while he explores and looks for suitable living. In fact, he has a camp set up right now near where he's filming, but its location is probably not something you can discern from the nondescript wall shot in his PCD (which was the point). However, feel free to have your character notice him/come across him/etc. offline. (Eventually in the next couple of days, he will be convinced by Killua to move into the Gundam Building permanently.)]
