Soundtrack Meme?
I...should be finishing up my essay for Japanese, but this is way more amusing. Really, it is!
I don't know about everyone else, but when I RP, I tend to have a playlist of music for the different characters, and pull them up when I'm logging and whatnot. Because I like doing this, I want to see what everyone else can come up with!
I recently got an account at Playlist.com (which is completely free), where you can make various playlists for your listening pleasure. So I transferred my Gin playlist from iTunes to this thing!
So, for this meme, you can either just list the songs you use for your chara, get a playlist account, link to youtube videos, upload mp3s - whatever. Just tell us the songs and give a short explanation as to why. I'll put up Gin's as an example...
Pure Morning - I feel like the overall mood is just very Gin, in the sense that he's strolling about and enjoying himself, even if his "friends" are not.
Cells This one I like to think of as an example of the relationship between Gin and Kira :)
Let You Down Title should say it all. He will let you down.
The Noose And this would be the relationship between Gin and Rangiku.
Clint Eastwood Another general Gin-feeling song. He's happy, and feeling glad?
Something To Do With My Hands ...I have a lot of reasons for this. Erm, Part of me likes to call it the creepy molester song? But I do like the awkward melody, and it can be about whoever you'd like it to.
Cruel He can be cruel. Yup.
Creep He's...also a creep. Kind of.
Passive (Explicit) I would give this one towards Rangiku or Izuru.
Counting Bodies Like Sheep Besides it being a wonderfully disturbing sounding lullaby, if you listen to the lyrics, I can see it going from either Aizen to Gin, or Gin to Kira (in my own sad little mind).
Sympathy for the Devil The title says it all.
Sekai wa Sude ni Azamuki no Ue ni One of Gin's character songs, sung by his voice actor. Everything about it just screams Gin to me.
