Iba had a lead and it led him straight to the Tenth Division. He'd gone poking about quietly over the last few weeks, surrepticiously questioning ranking officers in divisions with a higher-ranking female.
He was up to the Tenth and a few well-placed questions led him straight to one Okada Rai, Tenth Seat of the Tenth Division. Seems the kid had a bit of a behavior problem.
Just the sort he was looking for.
He questioned a random shinigami he found, who pointed him toward one of the Tenth Division's training yards.
Well, then, that's where he'd go. Time for a little... investigation. "Okada Rai," he called when he approached the yard. Let's just see who answered.
