Like a bird on the wire

Summary: Today Senbonzakura has again sent out his invitation to come chat, and Fujikujaku (aka Ruru'iro Kujaku) answered. Methinks Senbonzakura might not be doing a lot of talking?
Still in the routine of asking Zanpakutou to his realm to talk, Senbonzakura prepared to receive his latest guest. The silk of his red ikan robe whispered softly as he brought out the small, low table lain with a shallow wooden bowl filled with a variety of berries, another filled with lightly seasoned nuts and seeds, and the usual green tea.
Once everything was arranged he seated himself on the porch and made sure that his white hair was properly tucked under his black hat. He didn't know much of Fujikujaku, but he had heard that he valued a good appearance.
Once the spirit made his stately way towards the porch, he understood why such a thing was said. The peacock was quite the figure, with brilliant colour and an elegantly long neck.
Bowing low from where he sat he said, "Welcome, Fujikujaku! Thank you for coming today. Please come and rest here where we can see the sakura to best advantage."
