Summary: Komamura summons Iba to discuss plans on new safety protocol for field teams. As well as super secret stuffs.
After having sent a hell butterfly to fetch Iba, the Captain of the Seventh relaxed into his chair, the wood creaking under his weight. He looked out the window, watching the colors in the sky change as the sun began to set. Autumn always had been his favorite time of the year. But with things picking up, Komamura hardly had the time anymore to take his long walks in the cooling weather.
So much to plan, so much to look for. While he had initially been relieved when none of his people had been on that list the Espada had given, he had very quickly realized that the list was only of those the monster was finished with. There was no telling how many more were there, subjected to horrors he couldn't, and didn't want to, imagine. But there were things in plain sight that he needed to attend to as well, plus other things that were slightly less out in the open. He had focused on gathering as much information as he could about the Central 46 members, but was finding the task harder than he had anticipated. It shouldn't have been any surprise.
His nose twitched slightly, catching the nearby scent of his vice captain that came through the window with the breeze. Slowly turning in his chair, he called out his permission to enter the office when Iba arrived.
