Did I miss it? Did you also decry this lovely little tidbit from last week?

“If we’re able to stop Obama on this, it will be his Waterloo,” Republican Sen. Jim DeMint of South Carolina said last week. “It will break him.”

The "fight" by the so-called "conservative" leaders isn't about health care. It's, as always, about power. Holding on to or gaining it.

Remember all those dumb things Bush did. Jason was all over him too. He's fair and covers both sides, and always states the obvious arguements to his own posts.

Oh wait...

That's not Jason at all.

Hey guys, card carrying (D) here.
I honestly don't see why anyone's expecting a blogger, any blogger, to show both sides of an issue. Oh sure some of them will say they will but everyone, posting about any topic, has an agenda. That agenda of course is to show their opinion and back it up with as much fact as they see fit. A commenter does the same, including this one.

I've noticed a severe drop in news postings from my more liberal friends, as opposed to say the last few years.
If Jason suddenly becomes a journalist, I'll totally hold his feet to the fire. Unlike say, a Rush or Bill O'Rly. You're able to see an opposing viewpoint right here.

Try to make it a good one.

Not to say Rush is a journalist. Rush is an "entertainer". You guys know what I meant.

In fairness to both Jason and myself, he has stopped to think about things when pointed out to him, as I try to do as well.

Holding one's feet to the fire is not just the purview of journalists. IMNHO, anyone with a brain is subject to it, and while he and I strongly disagree on many socio-political (more political than social) issues, one thing that I would not question is his intelligence. Therefore, he is just as subject to it as anyone.

I don't waste my time on the obvious. Bust was obvious fail, to argue for him was... well, dumb.

I don't like Obama, SUPRISE! I did not vote for Obama, SUPRISE! I do not support this administrations Domestic Policy, SUPRISE!

I'm entitled to my opinion. I'm not a national pundent or an authority. I think I'm authorized to take a side and post all the rants I want here. Just as anyone is entitled to debate those points.

Last I checked, part of free speech did not required me to have to present every side of every story. I'm not a Journalist, as allroads points out, and even they have bias anymore.

And I ranted about Bush many times. I wish there was a good journal entry search tool so I could go back and pull those up.

Just once I'd like to see YOU try and think about the other side. I've never ONCE seen you even consider the counterpoint.

I love when people never retain anything we've talked about.

Do you remember when I didn't really have a big care between Obama and McCain? Do you remember all the talks we had about what we both would want in the perfect president which we didn't agree on but both said neither canidate were it. I lost it for McCain when he picked Palin like a fool and then suspended his campaign.

This post about not being a teamplayer is completely hypocritical when all you argue is one side. Farkin beat me to it with his post, a piece of news that you should be whole heartly aware of. It's nothing new, it's the same ol' party bitching shit.

I am not a democrat, I am registered as nothing. You only think that because you only present one side. You complain about the media being onesided, here's your chance to be different.
