talking to cody on the phone, we are fighting about whether running long distance.
now the oncersation has switched to calories.
for a smart man he is kind of dumb sometimes.
but, alas, i love him.
today was great.
i didnt binge.
i didnt purge.
i ran 25 minutes non stop.
i did eliptical
i did some weights
stretching
walking
homework
got everything done.
i feel good.
BUT i did pop a stitch in my wrist.
oh well. totally my own fault for attempting to lift weight.
going to try and sleep!
