So... OMG YURI TOOK THE CHANCE OF PROMOTION
She still lacked self-confidence, but having passed the selection meant she's something and it's the beginninggggggg to a whole new world. If I were in the interviewers' shoes, maybe I'd see Yuri like:
She may be lacking confidence, but she's capable and reliable. She's clearly someone who worked hard for herself and not to impress anyone. She's selfless and honest.
They had seen how Yuri worked and the fact she finally had guts to promote herself after all this time meant that she, knowing or unknowingly, gained confidence and they saw Yuri was ready to off to some great things ahead.
All of this must be overwhelming for her though. It's like seeing a caged animal be free, but it wouldn't know how things worked outside the cage. It has to figure out how to live outside. It might even get itself killed, when it's already safe and life is guaranteed inside, but it still took the steps to venture into a 'new world' no matter what will happen...
Gosh, what am I saying lol
Sooooooo, I'm so grateful for Tiffany, really. She may be a new presence in Yuri's life and she had not-so-hidden agendas, but she's such a great person to be around. She's like a saviour who unlocked Yuri's cage. Well, it's not like Yuri was in a horrible condition, but it just wasn't her sanctuary, wasn't completely herself.
She encouraged Yuri a lot, she showed her why she's great even if Yuri herself didn't believe she was. It's not just empty words. She listened to her, be there for her, she kissed h-
H-huh?

Well, Kwon, you gotta realize that /the/ Hwang, an accomplished, a kind, a very attractive woman took interest in YOU. That's saying something, bb :3
And about Tiffany again, BLESS YOUR /BRAKE/ *claps*
On a serious note, lol, I love that side on her. She didn't hide her intentions and urges, but she could hold herself to adjust to the person, and in return she also made the other person adjust to her.
It worked out well, so far.
Whatever thing between Yuri and Tiffany was both innocent and sexual, all balanced. lol
Again, there's that essence of first love all over, it's quite adorable.
(I somehow need Sooyoung to also say it's adorable)

It’s very possible to be passionate and still aware of drawn lines and the other person’s comfort. She and Yul have to be on the same page.
