Apple recipes!
So a few friends are planning a dinner. In their email, they say,
"The meal will be a sit down dinner with 4 courses. The theme will be Apple (or harvest, but mostly apple), so if you know of any good apple recipes for soups, salads, main dishes, desserts, or hors d'oeuvres please let us know (preferably including the recipe). Especially let us know if you have a good non-sweet apple recipe, as they're so much harder to come by."
So... do you all have any good apple reciples? Particularly savory apple recipes? (Pretty please?)
