Law School Update
So...due to what I can only assume was a lack of effort on my own part (though I'm not ruling out a grand interuniversity conspiracy) I have been waitlisted at what I consider a grand number of schools. The current responses from law schools play out as

Georgetown University (Preferred waitlist)

George Washington University
University of Michigan (Withdrawn)
Northwestern University

I'm planning on staying on the waitlist just about everywhere...though extra attention is being paid to georgetown, northwestern, u penn and columbia...with potential additional letters in the works for various other waitlisters.
I think I'm seeing the results of being slow on my applications...so advance warnings to other potential law school applicants...sending in your app early does not mean sometime before the deadline...it means before thanksgiving. Even if you're not applying early admission, get the damn application in before thanksgiving...and write extra essays...and don't complain about it...
