Pearl, as in the young girl who knows a lot about spirits? I've not heard from her in the last few days, but then I did not know she had returned in the first place. I can look for her between Cherrygrove and Violet, if you wish.

Relatively well. Many disappearances, but many arrivals, too. What about yourself?

We'll be fine. We can always stay in one of the houses on the road, if needed. In fact, Pearl might be there herself, if she was walking when the rain started.

Perhaps that balance will change in the following weeks.

One of the houses is relatively near Cherrygrove; we'll check there first. The other is much further on the esatern path, but depending on her spedd she might have already reached it.

The house near Cherrygrove? [He racks his brains a bit, trying to remember if he's ever been by it before -- he recalls vaguely where it is, but he's never been inside.] If it's as close as I think it is, I can go check it out myself. I'm closer, after all...

Even if you are closer in distance, we have Flare. Going there will only take a few minutes. Besides, she might be looking for you in Cherrygrove itself.
