Another Emo Day
I feel very "blah" today, I don't know why. I think I might be getting sick, which means I got it from Sam.
Valentines Day was good. We went to the Sheraton (sp?) Hotel for dinner, afterwards we rented a movie and watched it at Sam's, I ended up staying the night there. Oh course lol... We both really liked the bottle of wine that I got, I think it is the best wine that I have ever tasted. Valentines Day marked our 1 month as well.
I really get tired of the Fraternity at times, we had to cancel our rush event lastnight because we didn't have anyone show up. I think my frustration is with some of the brothers, they just don't seem like they are in the fraternity for the right reason's. Or even more so, they forget the true purpose behind the fraternity. I think after this semester and certain people are gone, that things will start to go the way that it needs to. The fraternity has been treated like a cheap parisian whore for the past three years and it is time that we build it up with a solid reputation and treat it with class like it deserves. It's being held together with duct tape and dental floss, every problem that we have we fix with a band aid solution, where does that get us? Nowhere!
And now that my DLP rant is over...
I don't know what's going of for the rest of the week. Sam's opera is doing Romeo and Juliet, so I think I am going to go see that tomorrow. Sarah, a girl that used to live on 3rd floor, is having this huge party on Saturday so I think I am going to try and go and make the best of it.
