Being that you're from England, could you answer me this:

How "americanized" is everything over there? Do you guys have McDonalds and things like that? American brand name clothes? Also, are American movies regularly played at the cinemas there? I've never been anywhere but to Canada, so I'm not sure what to expect when I head over seas someday.

...........................................................................................................................................................*sniffle* I didn't put my location on my info page for a reason. I live in Texas (unfortunatley...but I tend to love foreign places) . *cries hysterically* NOT BECAUSE I WANT TO! I WANT TO LIVE IN EUROPE MORE THAN ANYTHING.....sorry I can't answer your question. I like talking to people in different countries and locations through my journal......*whimper* sowwy.....I wish I knew the answer to those questions. I've wondered that myself....

Oh! Okay! I just thought you were from England, ha ha! Silly me. :)

We'll have to find some LJers that live in England and figure out how americanized everything is.

But I do know that they have McDonalds! I went to one there when my family was in London on vacation. And I did some Americanized clothing. But from what I could tell, they were a little bit ahead of us in the fashion world. Some of things I saw there I didn't see back in the states for a few months or so. : )

Nice. I kind of knew their fashion was ahead of us. My mother has brought me back clothes and has said, "this is all the rave in paris, and it will come to the states shortly" and it has. :)
