Great for you, miss! The being committed without him being committed might only be a problem if you expect the same in return. There's a world of difference between being monogamous by choice and being forced to be.

Excellent point. I don't mind this state of commitment because it is purely voluntary. It is what I feel is right for me, and I don't expect the same of him. Besides, it leaves me free to change my mind, should particular situations arise, without guilt. I certainly can not complain about my freedom to pursue and be with whomever I choose; flirting can be too fun and attention is flattering. I enjoy the power to to choose the levels of friendships, romantic and sexual relationships that are right for me.

I just wanted to point out that just because some of us are man-whores who aren't monogamous, doesn't mean we have anything monogamy. Self-guilt is always a downer ;)
