Dairy- and Gluten-Free

My daughter seems to have a sensitivity to dairy which means that I can't eat any dairy. She had a specific symptom that, when researched, pointed to dairy sensitivity time and time again in various sources of information. I know the routine. You end up eating a lot of soy and corn. I agree that Indian and Mexican cuisines are mostly safe. I also recommend Thai.

I was looking at the website of Ted's Montana Grill recently and was surprised to see that they have a page addressing the needs of those allergic to gluten. It made me think of you, though I realize the local Ted's Montana Grill restaurants are all pretty far from your part of town. (There's one coming downtown, which I'm looking forward to.)

I am breast-feeding my third child now, and even though there aren't too many restrictions already, i vividly remember living on oatmeal porridge and stewed vegetables. a baked apple was a delicacy....

You are a strong and wise woman.
Eating and not eating - that too, will pass.
