(no subject)
Phones do not do well in lakes.
I had a great weekend. It was pretty much perfect. Rob and I went to Connecticut Saturday evening just to get away from the city and soak our sore muscles (he runs and i dance) in a hot tub. The weather forcast said rain but we were hoping for a pretty day to see leaves and drive around in the convertable. He ran into my room sunday morning and woke me up and told me to look out side. The leaves were gorgeous and it was not raining. So we got in his car and drove to the diner for breakfast. When we came out the clouds were all gone and it was a gorgeous fall day. So i drove the convertable back to his house. Oh it was so much fun! Then we bundled up in hats and gloves and scarves and went to a pumpkin patch. There we got hot apple cider and funnel cake and went on a hay ride (minus the hay) up a mountain. Man it was a gorgeous view. Then we got me a pumpkin and correctly guessed its weight. Yay for free pumpkins! Now Lumpy (my pumpkin) is sitting on my mantel. Then wejust drove around small windy roads through tons of gorgeous trees until we came to a lake. We pulled over and wallked through the trees and sat by the lake and skipped rocks. It was so nice and quiet and beautiful. Of course that is when my phone fell in the lake. We got it out, but now it is not working too well, causing me much distress today. Then we drove some more and pulled over again and climbed a mountain (small one of course) and had another gorgeous view. It was a perfect day. Besides the phone in the lake bit. He also got me an old copy of the Little Prince. I had nver read it before. It is so very sweet. So that was my weekend. I am sorry if it bored yout to read about it but i would like to remember it forever.
JEN-- i will try to call you back but as i said, i am having some phone troubles. You can call me and i think that iwill be able to answer. Right now i think everything on my phone is fine except for the screen.
Now i should try to get some work done before i must go and deal with T-moile again. BLah!
