Starting off the New Year on the wrong foot.
Finally the torment of being sick is finally over. Unfortunately on News Years Days around 2 in the morning Jose started to feel the symptoms of the stomach virus and me following right after. The whole night was terrible. We were staying over at my sisters house and i start throwing up all over her carpet. I swear i felt everything drain out of me. By the end of the nasty vomiting cycle i had nothing in my stomach and neither did jose. All we had on News Years was water and Gatorade. Our stomachs would not allow the idea of food to even enter our minds. Till about two we didnt barely get up except for the restroom and then we headed back home, my sister, her husband, and my mom following to make sure we get there safely. As soon as i got home i had to run to the bathroom once more. i think i spent about 80 % of the day sleeping or trying to sleep. Jose was doing a bit better than i was and was watching tv. He did the taking care of because i just couldnt. He kept coming to check on me and asking me if i needed something to drink. We both called work saying we were sick so we didnt go to work on Tuesday.
We finally got to eat something. We ate a bit of cereal (no milk, supposely its bad to drink when you have this, i should know ive had it now at least 3 times and my docs only said water and gatorade to drink), for lunch we had a sandwich (jose was about to get chips but decided no no because it might now go well) and dinner was applesauce. VERY VERY light meals. i slept some more during the day, still feeling bad and jose then helped me shower, he helped me wash my hair and everything, really nice of him. He say he was treating me like the little princess that i am to him (his even cute when his sick) Well for sure i can see the marriage vows are true when they said in sickness and in health. Good job on being a class A husband.
Yesterday i went to work, i ate the same things for lunch and breakfast and since jose had the day off he said he would cook. So he cook breaded chicken and mash potatoes, yummy! i was so exhausted getting home from working all day. We sat down and watch deal or no deal and some new game from bob saget i think its the mob i dont know. Then we watched the movie he bought me for christmas (Anastasia). His such a sweety.
Today we are both back at work. Today and tommorow and its the weekend so not to bad.
