My New Life
Hey all,
Yea well im finally living and settled in dear old orlando with jose as his wife. Sometimes I still have to correct myself from saying my fiance instead of saying husband. Some habits are hard to break. I remember it took me forever to change from bf to fiance and now a new change. Its a welcome change of course. I love the married life.
We have been married 2 weeks and 3 days. We went on a lovely cruise, I had the most wonderful time in it. We went to Nassau Bahamas, where we went on a tour to Atlantis Hotel. OMG that place is beautiful Ill be sure to post some pictures in myspace sooner than later. We saw a huge manta ray thats like wider than Jose is tall and thats to say alot. Sheesh that thing can feel up a room. Yucky eels, even creepier than the ones on little mermaid. Beautiful types of fishes which i have no clue what there names are. OHHHHH and lots of different sharks. *spooky*
The place has a wonderful pool area, beautiful casino, and very expensive restaurants. We so enjoyed ourselves. We went back to the boat to eat, then went back to Nassau and walked around. All I kept hearing was woman asking me if I wanted to have my hair braided sheesh. Hey if i dont have it braided it by that time I dont want it braided at all ok. Oh well one was like be a bahama mama. i was like yea yea, no thank you. We went to this straw market that you can bargain for prices. Jose got this beautiful display boat for a cheap price. They had thousands of coach purses for like 30 dollars but i decided not to get one because i have like 8 pair of purses as it is. we went back to the boat and had dinner in the beautiful restaurants.
WE went to Coco Cay, Bahamas on Weds. We chilled at the beach and had Coco Loco's since Jose was paying they didnt ask for my ID. SHeesh still a month and a half to go to my b-day. Finally be 21! Oh no im getting old, jk. Back to the trip. THey had a awesome barbeque with ribs, burgers, hotdogs, and chicken. yummmmyyyyyyyyyy! OH well what can i say we ate alot in our cruise. I think we had the captian gala dinner that night. So we dressed up very nicely we have a picture that we took with the cruise ppl with a titanic background very nice. Oh that night we were invited to some event for all honeymooners. There was 45 honeymooners that night. THey gave out free champagne, played romantic music, they had chocolate covered strawberrys and a cake say happy honeymoon. very chic.
We went to Key West on Thursday. We walked around and went to many different shops, found a fat tuesdays where Jose bought an Octane 190, it was yummy. We shared that one. We bought this humongues(i know i mispelled that but im to lazy to look it up) cookie that was awesome and shared that as well. We bought a few items for our parents and he bought another boat. He loves his boat displays. We went to the boat, went in the pool, ate lunch buffet, and ate dinner later. Had sundaes. sigh i can just feel that fatness. lol so basically the whole cruise was awesome. We did some other things like gamble a bit really didnt win much but we set a limit on what we would spend on casino and stuck to it, i think that is a great strategy because if you dont you end up broke.
Friday we got back to miami :-( honeymoon over but headed to orlando :-)
Since then we have been setting up our place. I think jose has done must of the hard work, his such a good hubby. We bought a 37 inch LCD tv from LG that we have to 2008 to pay off. We got a new computer desk because the one he had broke when they came to connect the internet, much nicer too. I have been cooking during the weekdays and the food has turned out great. Spent alot on groceries but got many savings off of things. Jose was so cuterz that he cook last night parmesian chicken and pasta with garlic bread. Oh god that was good. more chubbiness on the way. Oh yea i have gone to the gym, went on monday and yesterday (went yesterday with jose since it was his day off). I've been washing clothes, nothing has gotten ruined yet. And life could not be better.
Oh have been going to UCF, taking four classes had to drop one because its to much work for now. I am happy about my teachers very nice understanding ppl. So hopefully ill get good grades this first semester here. The campus is huge, i have gotten lost several times and thank god my teachers let me out early on those days to reach my other classes because if not i would be late. Don't really know anybody yet there but i think thats because i dont live in campus because everyone who knows each other does and barely anyone interacts much so far. Oh well all is going well so i will be happy about that.
