Coming...Back...?

Jul 12, 2004 15:54

I come back on the 8th to finish some last minute packing (my Mom is boxing most stuff up now) and then getting ready to come back. The regular school schedule doesn't start here till Sept. 1st but I'll just hang around NYC, Long Island, Maryland and Boston. Random relative tango. I hope I get the same dorm--Langdell owns! Don't worry, I'll be in Humble till the 12th. Plenty of time for one game of introductory UF and whatnot.

News: In the dorm vs. dorm competition, Langdell won 1st out of girls and 1st place overall. We were so happy! I like to think its due to my coming in 2nd place in the potato sack race. We yelled so hard. I think we won a pizza party. But the bragging rights are way enough.

Gi--my roommate's cool. I've shared rooms before and I don't mind it so much. Esp. when other girls come over bc its like a huge sleepover. The towels they gave us are pretty small as in, they don't cover that much. I'll have to remember to take my own (Ralph Lauren, posh) because that walk down the hall from the bathroom is a bit too sexy. Ok, I don't really mind it. LOL.

Laur--yay for postcards! You better keep your word. I hate the movies! Not really, but it's overdone. Couldn't we choose a better date? Come to the UF game. You'll excel at it I can see it now. Did you mean to say "I miss OUR convos"? Or do you miss talking to yourself? I get online--you make birdhouses. We can still chat.

Daynz--yeah, don't tell Brandon. Haha. I'm not fluent or anything but I've definitely improved a lot. I wish she gave us more vocab to learn. You think you're jealous now wait till I tell you who I met today. (Don't ask, I'm not revealing.) Teeheehehehe... Yeah, sleep is not really important here. I got to bed at 11 every night and usually get up at 6:30, today I got up at 5:15 though to go to the beach before classes. Amazingly I'm not really tired. We'll see how long that lasts.

Kirk--you read this thing? JK Thanks for the comment; I hope things stay awesome, too. I know they will though because of all the extra stuff I've got planned for fun besides class: Wed--morning beach and trip to New England Aquariam. Thurs--Karioke/Pizza. Sat--roller skating dance. Sun--whale watch. Your summer better shape up!

Jak-o--Hi! Exeter is great, you should come here next summer you'd really enjoy it. With the right application it can be cheap as free, too. Wish I had known that...lol jk. What have you been up to? How's your brother? Did you know about UF before this update? I'd never heard of it before but this guy from Sugarland in my class knows all about it and is ridiculously good. Who knew? You should play with us whenever it happens.

Pedro--language, man! This 2 Step thing is UF's twin cousin. Or something. Maybe I wasn't clear enough on the goals: you do catch it over the line, there's no net or anything like that. Are you going to be the mighty supplier of the frisbee? Good lol. You should be learning the ways of the government that way you can penetrate it and rue the day! Rue? You know what I'm saying. There's a lot of Greek peoples here, too. They won't eat anything bc they hate the food and the time it's served. I'm trying to get them to try other things than white bread. Ana (of Athens) inhaled the Ribeque and was raving about the bbq sauce. Now she knows.
