I'm not trying to launch into a political debate or shout out or anything like that.
I was just thinking about my family's military history, and how incredibly sad and lonely it must be under the stars in Iraq if no one is writing to you or sending you treats.
I adopted a soldier today, and I'm so excited. So I thought I'd share this with my friends' list. It's been such a shitastic time for me of late, and this really brightened my day.
