A Prelude to Matricide **** Warning: Major Rant
If possible, my mom made me hate her even more. I just got done IMing my twin sis Trisha. She informed me of a lot that has been going on recently at home. Jamie, my 9 yr old sister, got her report card recently. Her grades dropped drastically. Once Mom got done yelling she went up to talk to the teachers. Jamie hasn't been turning in homework for weeks and Mom didn't know. Plus, Jamie got caught trying to cheat on her math test. Granted, cheating is bad. But the kid is in 4th grade. It's not a huge deal as long as she realizes it was wrong. But according to Trisha, Mom was screaming at her, constantly yelling "you cheater" and "I don't help cheaters!" I want to know what the hell Mom was so busy with that she didn't even know Jamie wasn't doing her homework. Jamie can't ask for help with homework at home because Mom gets mad quickly and starts telling her she's stupid. So where the hell is she supposed to get help? Trisha is absolutely no help at all and I don't think she could really care less. To her Jamie is an inconvenience. *growls loudly* I would love to just bring Jamie to live with me. If I had the money...I would try. I asked Jamie earlier about how things were going at home and she didn't mention any of this. It breaks my heart. She's sleeping right now curled up on my bed and I want nothing more than to let her stay there.
