Parking or Standing?
Here is a question for all you drivers:
Q: What is the difference between "standing" and "parking"?
A: Standing is when you are in the car while it's running but the car is in park and Parking is when you are not in the car, the car is off, and in park.
Right?
Well according to Arlington Police, Parking is when you are in a car while it is running waiting to pick someone up (i.e. Metro). Just ask my dad- $40 ticket.
And yes he is going to fight this one.
