wow, my smile is back
It's funny, after all these years apart we almost picked up where we left off. Last night we gave him time to catch up his sleep and give the parents time to enjoy their time. The rest of us went to a gathering. Eventful to say the least, beats flipping channels, and I did run into someone I have seen in a while. But still just killing time til today when the whole family fun began.
Everyone was sitting at the bar today watching the game. Unfortunately, the Giants lost but the boys found something to do during the bloody Skins game, golf. Hell it was nice to have the photo opts and beer. Yes the Steelers lost too so the football wasn't as perfect as it could of been. But atleast Jack didn't have to wait until 3 am to watch on pay-per-view. Its cool. I have my family back. Now only two more wishes to come true so can die happy (one is a need to know bases and the other involves "career".)
I kind of wish this visit was longer but in retrospect it is the perfect lenght. Just enough to clear the air, get the mojo flowing, and like any good man, leaving you wanting more.
