'Cause its West Coast Pimpin!
By my last entry I'm sure you can tell things have been fucked up lately.
Yeah... I can't even comment on it. I've been pushing it as far back in to my mind as I can.
So, I've been working a lot.
I'm currently helping out as assistant for Mars from Mad Insanity (who has been a friend of mine for almost 6 years now). So... I've been going every where lately.
Mars is putting together the biggest West Coast collaberation ever. So, we've been networking at every event we can get to.
Last night we were at 102.5 KSFM hanging out with Budman and Booger.
I had never been in a radio station before and to see how everything gets put together is amazing. There's so much work involved!
Last Friday Mars and I attended the Boss Way Summer Jam in Frisco. We hung out with Mike Meezy for a good portion of the night. He's the guy that sang the "I got 5 On It" hook. He's seriously such a sweet man. We were lucky enough to get him on the hook for the collab.
But, I digress!
The Summer Jam consisted of Messy Marv, Cognito, Mike Meezy, Jacka from Mob Figaz, Cellski, Equipto, and Andre Nickatina.
It was hella fun.
