Sabeena is sitting in one of the Potions room working diligently on a potion having found her mothers notebook. She's bent over the cauldron muttering to herself about the color of the potion.

Zander walks towards the edge of the Forbidden Forest with Sabeena, loving the frigid cold, and musing at the fact that he can see his own breath.

Sabeena has her wrapped around her waist and she's shivering. She pulls out her wand and casts a heating charm on herself.

Remind me again why we're doing this?

[zestandzeal]

*breathes in the cold*

You're the one who offered.

[chasingwood]

Oh. Right.

*shivers and pushes her way through the trees*

I'll tell you when I see them and I'll lead you to them, okay?

[zestandzeal]

*lets out his low laugh*

Okay.

*pulls her by the scarf closer to him, and puts his arm around her like he did in Hogsmeade*

You're shivering so much, it's a surprise you can walk straight.

[chasingwood]

'Cos it's bloody cold out here.

[zestandzeal]

*shrugs, then slides his hand down to rest around her waist*

I like it.

[chasingwood]

I do too. When I can find my coat.

[zestandzeal]

It feels nice, whichever way. Better than the sweltering heat.

[chasingwood]

I prefer the heat. Means summer and swimming and no school.

[zestandzeal]

I love school. This type of schooling, at least. *eyes go bright*

The cold helps me think better.

[chasingwood]

I love school, too. But I miss my dad and the manor and my Quidditch field.

[zestandzeal]

*resists the urge to roll his eyes*

Understandable.

*pushes through the last of the trees and walks into a clearing where a bunch of the Thestrals are*

Here they are.

[zestandzeal]

*in a sharp intake of breath, his eyes darting around, wishing desperately that he could see them*

[chasingwood]

*takes his hand and puts it in front of the Thestrals face so it can sniff his hand LOL*
