Bedeviled Eggs

6 eggs, boiled
1 pickled jalapeno
1 tsp each: ancho, cayenne, tumeric
2 tsp each: mustard, red pepper flakes
1 dash cider vinegar
1/4 cup oil

Cut eggs in half and remove shell. Put yolks in separate bowl. Store whites.

Dice jalapeno. Add to yolks. Add oil. Mash with fork. Add cider and spices. Mash with fork.

Spoon yolk blend into yolks. If desired, garnish with paprika and fresh basil leaves. Serve chilled.
