After a day spent in the gym, Cedric's back in his room. He's fed Puff, showered and now he's laying on his bed, reading a book. He's left the door unlocked because he's expecting Jack but the wand is close by. Just in case...

He'd fought with Jarod. Parker had avoided him, then refused to talk to him.

Jack was not having a good night. He'd almost decided to head back to his room, but he really wanted to see Cedric. Needed to, not that he'd admit it to himself, so it was a rather subdued knock on Cedric's door that announced his presence.

"It's open," Cedric called and set his book aside. "Come in."

Jack pushed the door open and walked over to sit next to Cedric, leaning against him and smiling tiredly. "Hi."
