That was embarrassing. There are no two ways about it. I hope to Merlin no scouts saw that match. I mean, I almost got taken out in the beginning of the match by ONE OF MY OWN PLAYERS. What does that say about me as a Captain? At least I bloody dodged it. Jacob's going to need a lot more work, that's for sure. Everyone else did remarkably well, considering this was our first match of the year. If Stockton plays like that in every match, I will be one happy captain, that's for sure.
Angus even did a good job. I wish he hadn't been knocked out, because the three of us truly had a rhythm down, but David did a good job too. I know Angus is embarrassed, but he played his best. That's all I can ask for.
On another note, this vegetarian thing is great. It was a really good idea. I feel great and have so much more energy than when I wasn't paying a good deal of attention to what I was eating. I'm even losing weight. I don't want to lose much, because I'll need to keep my curves for the Harpies, if they'll take me. After all, who wants a stick for a Harpy?

Great game everyone. I love tough, hard fought matches. We nearly had it, but congratulations, Slytherin.
I'm already sore and I know it will be worse tomorrow, but that's all a part of the game, right?
I should probably start my homework, but there is always tomorrow and that sounds like an excellent plan to me.
I mean it. Good game, all of you. Hufflepuff and Ravenclaw will definitely be our matches. Mistakes were made in this one, yes, but we will be working on all of that in our next practices. Rest up.
