"Figure it's only one more year until you're 20?" Angela shrugged. "I don't think it's anything. But maybe I should buy cigarettes just because I can. I never got my lotto ticket last year."

"My parents sent a big box of snacky stuff, but that's it so far," she added. "But I haven't seen the boyfriend yet."
