Jeffrey, Patricia A. (Billie) of Farragut passed away Tuesday morning,
July 26, 2005 at her home. Billie had lived in Knoxville since 1976.
She leaves her husband of 50 years, Floyd Jeffrey; daughter and
son-in-law, Lynn and Doug Mooney; son and daughter-in-law, David and
Patty Jeffrey; four grandsons, Jason, Brian Jeffrey and Jeffrey and
Stephen Mooney, including lots of good friends and customers at Jeffrey
Photo Lab. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be
