Piña Coladas (hold ALT while typing 164 to make that letter)
I am still working full-time at home (answering calls for major credit card company), and I guess I got the hang of it. I am anxious to get this $300 bonus for certifying so that I can start doing some Christmas shopping. George's surgery sort of put us behind because he lost pay while he was recovering. Silly Willy used up all his PDO's (paid-days-off) earlier in the year. He has to, I guess, because he had lots of doctor appointments (and fishing trips, haha).
I'm restless. I'm thinking of buying ingredients to making some pina coladas and inviting some friends over. Just invite everyone I know and see who shows up. Nobody probably. Everyone is always so tired from work and kids and life and so am I, but I NEED to socialize or I go nuts. I work at home, then I log off work and I am at HOME -- and I like to do stuff. Adriana and I went out for a few hours last weekend -- it was cool. We just went and heard a band at a bar and ordered a couple drinks. G kept texting me the whole time -- I thnk he was jealous. I invited him, of course, but he was at home with his beloved Xbox360 "elite" (oooooh, lol, fancy!).
Tonight I just sat in my back yard. I put up these patio (not xmas) lights and it was the best thing I could have done. It is silly, but I just like to sit out there and I blast music from inside. I heard like 14 Beatle songs in a row.
