Namely, why did Foreman cover for Chase in the first place and why are they never talking about it? I mean even if we assume that Foreman did it to cover his own ass (which I still think makes no sense, if his ass was the only thing he cared about, wouldn't it be safer to point fingers?) or just out of panic reaction, wouldn't it be the kind of thing that Chase would either throw at him in an argument or that would otherwise come up. Yet the same time the episodes also aren't written in a way that seems to be suggestive of "he did it out of warm fuzzy friendship feelings and they are not talking about it because they are such guys guys".

Errr, basically, it's confusing to me and I wonder what anybody else's take on it is.
