Same things apply to part two as to part 1.  Sorry that this is update is shorter than orginally anticipated but I wanted to be sure that I updated in a somewhat timely manner and the next bit I really have to work out in my mind.

Feedback is a treasure.  thanks!

This is amazing. You are really grasping Wilson's inner torment to perfection. Even just watching the show, you can see that there are soooo many times where it looks as if he's wrestling with a response to a question, and you are capturing that.

Wilson shaved, definitely slower than usual in order to be sure that it was done as cleanly as normal. Then he went through the rest of his “preening” rituals. He wasn’t really sure why he was doing it, since he fully had no intention of seeing anyone. But somehow he felt that his appearance still mattered and that coming in slovenly would be admitting something that he didn’t want to admit. Plus he took comfort in the familiar rhythm of those mundane tasks. Somehow they relaxed him and seemed to prepare him. It’s like a knight putting on armor, with the advantage of it being lighter and easier to wear. He downed some Dayquil and packed a couple of things that he needed to bring in.

Wilson chuckled at the absurd thought that flitted across his mind- namely that he could have used a map a la Padfoot, Mooney, Prongs, and Wormtail to try to figure out a plan of how to get into his office without running into anyone. Thankfully by taking an alternate route, most of which involved stairs, he somehow managed to miraculously avoid everyone.

Love the 'preening rituals.' I can totally see Wilson insisting on going through the motions even when he really wants to just go back to bed. And you've made a great point there...going through the rituals is very comforting, almost a way of showing things are still normal. And I've noticed as well that when I'm not feeling good, I feel a bit better if I act as if everything is normal...clothes, hair all that.

And yes, He needs a marauders map lol.

He had wondered when it would come, and it finally did, the jiggle and pull on the doorknob. Then, a worrying silence. Oh god, don’t tell me that Foreman taught him how to pick locks

That is definately a skill House does not need to learn.

“Not the idea you moron, the fact that you’ve obviously got the plague and you are still dragging your martyred little ass in here.”

Wilson discreetly coughed into his fist. If he just made out that he was hiding the flu, then things would be alright. Just throw out the puzzle that you want him to see.

I love this part. He was able to fool Cuddy to some extent, but there's difficulty in fooling House. I love the last line. I've heard it quoted so many times that people only see what they want to see or what they're prepared to see. I can see Wilson using this to his advantage. House thinks he's sick, so he can let him see he's sick, he just can't let him see the rest. Although part of me wonders that if Wilson would let him see that part, if House would fully accept and see it.
Hmmm...something for me to think about.
